Hello there! I'm Manvinder Kaur, an experienced leader who has successfully navigated the corporate landscape in Human Resources and Operations. I am a GCC trained Career Counsellor from Univariety, with accreditation in Career Counselling from UCLA. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (Hons) from the University of Calcutta and an SHRM CP certification from SHRM.
Fueled by my passion for people development, I have embarked on an exciting entrepreneurial journey as the founder of The 360.Careers. Our mission is to empower individuals to achieve their career aspirations through comprehensive and personalised counselling services. Our commitment extends beyond the boardroom, reflecting a desire to make a positive impact on lives. With a unique blend of corporate insights and a deep understanding of human dynamics, I am driving transformative change in the realm of career counselling.
